This training will be tennis specific off-court training using drills that will test and improve: Strength, Power, Agility, Speed, and Endurance. Tennis requires athletes to be light on their feet and to have the muscular endurance to play for hours on hours that will be our main focus as strength cannot always be targeted with on court training.
