This class will be moderate to high intensity 45 minutes of cardio, plyo, circuit, and strength training. Circuit and strength training will involve light weight and mainly body weight exercises to get tone and trim. Plyo and Cardio will be used to get the heart rate up and improve on fitness level. Last 15 minutes will be used for a cool down and stretch.
